These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services that provide interactive tools to help subscribers learn coding skills (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. The Service is acceptable for children but not directed to them. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
• You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Subscriptions & payment

• Access to the Service may require a paid subscription.
• Subscription fees, billing cycles, renewal, and cancellation terms will be disclosed at sign-up.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store full credit or debit card details.
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
• "Lifetime licenses" are intended to be for the life of the purchaser of the license, however five years is all that can be guaranteed due to the growth and change of technology over which the provider of the Service has no control. These licenses include planned fixes and upgrades to existing features; the introduction of new features may require a separate purchase.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or interfere with its operation.
• Harass, threaten, or harm others while using the Service.
• Copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Service except as allowed by law.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these rules.

4. Intellectual property

• All content, software, and materials provided through the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• You retain ownership of any code or content you create using the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to display and process it only as needed to operate the Service. User content is not used for marketing purposes without express consent of the creator.
• You agree that any violation of the intellectual property of others by what you create using the Service is your responsibility and is done at your own risk.

5. Termination

• You may cancel your account or subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of past payments unless required by law.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or for other lawful reasons.

6. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that learning results will be achieved.
• Regular updates to the Service will be made. There is no guarantee that such updates will be compatible with or support any existing user creations.

7. Limitation of liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

8. Governing law & disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Any disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washington State. You consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

9. Privacy policy

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Effective Date." Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
